The Bayt Mal Al-Qods Acharif Agency submitted a record of its activities in Baghdad on 17 October 2026 to delegations attending the OIC foreign ministers’ 52nd session. Its official statement says the dossier covers June 2025 to September 2026.

It also presents preparations for the 2027-2030 plan following September consultations in Al-Qods and Ramallah. The three priorities are governance and digitisation, diversified funding, and coordinated action in social sectors.

The plan contains ten programmes and uses an annual financial baseline of seven million dollars, with additional resources to be mobilised. The amount is presented as a planning foundation, rather than a new donation received in Baghdad.

For completed activities, the agency reports distributing 3,000 schoolbags for the 2026-2027 school year. It also says its incubator has supported 34 businesses cumulatively, six of which attended GITEX Africa in Marrakech. That cumulative record is separate from the plan’s future targets.
