Darino: a new way to prepare your property project in Morocco

A property project rarely starts with a neatly formed question. You think about your budget, a city and the home you would like, then about unfamiliar steps. Darino starts from that reality: letting you begin in your own words without mastering property terminology.

Darino is the AI assistant in the Darweb by Bouda ecosystem. darino.app introduces its approach, sample questions and two environments: Darweb.ma for property searches and Darweb.app for rental management.

A specific question is more useful than a vague request

“I am looking for a three-bedroom apartment in Casablanca, with a maximum budget of MAD 1.8 million. What should I clarify before searching?” This gives the conversation a direction. You can then explain your priorities: a neighbourhood, daylight, a daily journey or a lift.

Darino helps organise criteria and continue the discussion. When listings are accessible to the service, it can guide a search using available information. A nearby school, availability or a home's condition must not be inferred from a preference. Check these with the advertiser.

Darweb.ma: preparing a property search

The portal aims to turn an idea into useful criteria. Buying a home, renting and planning an investment raise different questions. Darino helps clarify your starting point and refine your request.

Try: “Help me prepare questions for a viewing” or “What should I compare between these two apartments?” Keep missing information visible in your comparison. A well-written answer cannot replace a document, a viewing or a title check.

Darweb.app: organising rental management

In the management application, a conversation helps prepare actions and texts. For example: “Draft a polite message proposing a viewing date” or “Help me organise the checks before handing over the keys.”

Review every draft, adjust dates and check details. Darino is not an estate agent, a notary or a tax adviser. It does not sign contracts or certify properties, owners or documents.

An agency widget in development

The Darino project also includes an adaptable widget for property websites. The aim is to help visitors clarify their search and respond using content made accessible by the agency. This offer is in development; its presentation does not mean every integration is available.

Listing quality will remain essential. An assistant cannot by itself supply a missing floor area or correct outdated availability. The announced launch date for the sites is 26 October 2026; assess features according to their actual availability.

Darino's presentation describes 30 free requests per month and a €3 pack of 1,000 credits, equivalent to 100 extra requests. It describes a shared balance between Darweb.ma and Darweb.app. Check terms and payment availability in your account before purchasing.
