Khouribga: Jardin des artistes announced for 22 to 25 October
The fifth visual arts festival aims to bring creative work closer to the city’s everyday spaces.
Khouribga is set to host the fifth international Jardin des artistes festival from 22 to 25 October 2026. The Biladi Art visual arts association organises the event, Hespress reports in an article by Youssef Saadoun published on 18 October.
The event plans to welcome Moroccan and international artists. According to the same report, it resumes a project launched in 2015 that was interrupted for several years.
The project focuses on creating art in urban spaces, including large canvases measuring three metres by 1.80 metres. A group exhibition and artistic activities for the public are also planned alongside the works.
The organisers want to encourage encounters between artists and residents and give painting a place in everyday settings. This is an announced programme: the source reviewed does not provide a full participant list or detailed activity locations and times.
