The official record for tender 57/DGPC/2026 names PRONAUTIQUE as the selected bidder at MAD 58,080,000 including tax. It dates completion of the committee’s work to 8 October 2026. This clarifies the amount left unconfirmed in Alyaoum24’s report of 11 October.
The procurement concerns flood response modules for Civil Protection units across nine regions and the UNMI in Salé. The notice also gives an initial estimate of MAD 58,080,000 including tax. The estimate and selected amount match here, but belong to different stages of the procedure.
Implementation is the next question. The documents reviewed do not establish delivery, distribution to every unit or entry into service. Describing the equipment as already operational would therefore exceed the available evidence.
Further reporting should distinguish the award decision, acceptance of the equipment and availability for rescue operations. Announced spending describes a commitment of resources; effectiveness must subsequently be assessed on the ground. An administrative outcome is not yet an operational record.
