El Mansouri government: ministerial appointments confirmed in Rabat
Mohammed VI chaired the ceremony on 16 October. Finance, health and artificial intelligence are among the portfolios assigned.

The government led by Fatima Ezzahra El Mansouri now has an official list of appointed ministers. Mohammed VI chaired the ceremony at the Royal Palace in Rabat on 16 October 2026, according to the statement published that day on the official Maroc.ma portal. The newly appointed members took their oath before the king.
Fouzi Lekjaa takes responsibility for Economy, Finance and Public Performance. Health and Social Protection go to Youns Bjijou. Ahmed Rahhou is responsible for Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation and Administrative Reform.
Nasser Bourita is listed as minister for Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans Living Abroad. Samir Belfkih combines National Territorial Planning, Urban Planning, Housing and Urban Policy with the role of government spokesperson.
The appointments are a separate stage from the 14 October audience on progress in the consultations. The 16 October statement establishes the assigned responsibilities; it does not set out new budget measures, social benefits or administrative procedures for citizens.
