Real estate coaching: a 214-page Morocco course on Vise la Réussite
Ahmed Bouda offers a French-language course on supporting property owners who sell their homes, with worked exercises and Moroccan context.

Vise la Réussite offers a real estate coaching course for Morocco, with a 214-page A4 syllabus. It is one of four French-language courses, also covering Belgium, France and Luxembourg. Collaboration with Darweb.ma is planned for the Moroccan course and is still described as requested.
The programme covers ownership documents, property analysis, floor areas, comparative valuation and preparation budgets. It also addresses photographs, listings, viewings and the examination of offers. The cases are fictional. Materials include diagrams, dated statistics, detailed exercises with worked answers and 50 assessment questions.
The course is created and taught by Ahmed Bouda, a serial entrepreneur, business coach and trainer. Its educational aim is to help the owner become more independent in preparing and managing the sale.
The coach prepares and trains the seller; this course does not grant authorisation to act as a real estate agent. The PDF remains a working edition, with comprehensive legal and editorial review ongoing. The course is free on Vise la Réussite; lessons require login and module enrolment.
