Yvelines: residence permit withdrawal overturned over a hearing request

Versailles administrative court overturned decisions affecting a Moroccan employee on 29 September. His request for a hearing before the withdrawal of his permit had gone unanswered.

The ruling orders reconsideration and temporary residence authorisation. A procedural annulment does not settle every substantive argument or amount to the definitive issue of a residence card.
