The procedure has a preselection phase followed by final selection. The first examines references and preliminary technical and financial feasibility. The notice sets the deadline for this phase’s applications at 4.30 pm on 9 January 2027 at the CRI headquarters.
The project aims at a complementary tourist link with views of the medina. The CRI specifies that its integration must respect heritage and landscape. This requirement matters as much as the advertised attraction and should be assessed in proposals and subsequent stages.
A call for candidates is not a delivered facility. The notice consulted establishes neither a selected operator, a final route nor an opening date. The next milestone is preselection, before the features of a completed project can be judged.
