Private owners and professionals can both publish listings on Darweb.

A private account can publish up to three listings. Professional accounts follow their plan and the current launch terms. Check the publication and pricing pages for the applicable conditions.

Ask whether the advertiser owns the property or represents its owner. Clarify their role, any agency mandate and fees. A professional account or Darweb badge does not provide a legal guarantee about the property.

Darweb has introduced quality checks. They do not replace confirming the price, availability, location and characteristics with the advertiser. Ask for current photos and supporting documents.

Before making a payment or signing, visit the property where possible and have the documents and contract reviewed by a qualified professional. Report misleading listings through the platform.
