Africa Sports Expo: Casablanca prepares for its public weekend

The fifth Africa Sports Expo is scheduled for 8 to 11 October 2026 at Casablanca’s OFEC. The iTicket ticketing page and accreditation centre display these dates and opening hours of 9am to 7pm.

The programme presented by the ticketing platform allocates the first two days to professionals and the last two to the public. Weekend visitors are therefore expected on 10 and 11 October. This describes the announced schedule, not attendance results.

Our reading: bringing equipment suppliers, institutions and investors together may facilitate exchanges, but a trade show alone does not prove that contracts have been signed. Follow-up should examine projects, funding and equipment that actually becomes accessible to participants.

Opening to the public also offers an opportunity to compare uses of the equipment presented. Assessing the event’s significance will require distinguishing demonstrations, commercial intentions and lasting achievements. No sales volume or economic impact is established here.
